Ingredients

  • Dijon Mustard 0 fl oz
  • Red Wine Vinegar 5 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a blender, combine the mustard and vinegar for about 15 seconds. While blending, gradually add 120 ml of oil. Do not add all the oil at once, or the vinaigrette will be too runny; it should be creamy.

Step 2

Transfer to a small bowl and, while whisking, add the remaining oil.
