Ingredients
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 5 fl oz
- Thistle Oil 0 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Quail Egg 3 pieces
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice 1 teaspoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the olive oil into a deep container.
Step 2
Add the chicken egg.
Step 3
Blend with an immersion blender.
Step 4
Then add the quail eggs.
Step 5
Add the mustard.
Step 6
Blend while slowly pouring in the thistle oil.
Step 7
Add the lime juice.
Step 8
Season with pepper and nutmeg. Add salt.
Step 9
Pour in the apple cider vinegar.
Step 10
Blend again until smooth.
Step 11
Homemade mayonnaise is ready.
