Homemade egg lasagna dough

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • Egg white 2 pieces
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Safflower Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Add eggs, salt, and milk to the sifted flour.

Step 2

Knead the dough — it should be elastic and not stick to your hands.

Step 3

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30–40 minutes, then roll it out thinly (about 2–3 mm thick). Use settings 1–2–3–4–5 on the pasta machine, in that order.

Step 4

Cut the dough into rectangles.

Step 5

Boil in salted water with a splash of vegetable oil for 3 minutes (to prevent the sheets from sticking together).

Step 6

Place the cooked sheets on a towel. They need to dry so that the lasagna does not become slimy.
