Crack the egg into a bowl, add salt, and mix.

Add water and mix.
Step 3
Add flour and mix until a dough forms.
Step 4
Pour water into a pot and place it on the heat.
Step 5
Take a piece of dough, roll it into a sausage shape, and cut it.
Step 6
When the water boils, drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes.
