  • Chuka Salad 5 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
  • Tomatoes 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Champagne Vinegar to taste
  • Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
  • Cilantro 0 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
  • Black sesame seeds 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil ½ spoons
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 2

Add the wine and let it simmer gently to reduce.

Step 3

Place the ready-made chuka seaweed salad in a pot and bring the liquid it contains to a boil.

Step 4

Add a coarsely chopped tomato to the skillet, let it heat slightly, and then remove from heat. Season with wine vinegar, salt, and sugar.

Step 5

Arrange coarsely chopped fresh young cheese on a plate. Top it with seaweed and tomato. Drizzle with sesame oil, garnish with cilantro leaves and thin slices of chili. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
