Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Semolina to taste
- Condensed Milk to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Jam to taste
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese, sugar, semolina, baking soda, and eggs until you achieve a thick sour cream consistency, then spoon the mixture onto a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Fry on low heat, turning to cook both sides, otherwise the cheese pancakes won't be cooked through.
Step 3
Serve with sour cream or jam.
