Description

To prepare, you will need a bamboo mat and plastic wrap. Wrap the bamboo mat in several layers of plastic wrap and lightly coat it with Japanese mayonnaise.

  • Dried Nori Seaweed ½ g
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Crab Meat 0 oz
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Tobiko Caviar 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place half a sheet of nori seaweed with the smooth side down. Wet your hands in lemon water and spread a portion of rice evenly across the surface of the sheet, leaving 1 cm of seaweed uncovered at the edge. Smooth the rice out gently. Evenly distribute the caviar over the rice.

Step 2

Flip the sheet of seaweed so that the rice is on the plastic-covered mat.

Step 3

At the edge of the roll, place the crab meat in one or two rows, depending on how thick you want the roll to be.

Step 4

Cut the cucumber and avocado into thin strips and place them on the crab meat, distributing them evenly along the length.

Step 5

Ensure that all the filling in the roll is of equal length and thickness. After filling the roll, start rolling it carefully using the mat, then press down gently. Squeeze in the middle and try to form a log shape from the roll. Unwrap the bamboo mat.

Step 6

Cut the roll into several equal pieces.

Step 7

Serve the rolls with pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.
