Description

The feature of this dish is that adjika is prepared without cooking and sterilization! You can use a meat grinder for preparation.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 10 lbs
  • Orange Bell Peppers 5 lbs
  • Mild Chili Spice 3 pieces
  • Garlic 5 oz
  • Salt 2 tablespoons
  • 9% Vinegar 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash and dry the tomatoes and peppers. Remove the stems from the peppers, seeds can be left in.

Step 2

Peel the garlic.

Step 3

Chop all the ingredients in a blender, add salt and vinegar.

Step 4

Mix well and let sit for an hour.

Step 5

Then mix again and place in clean dry jars, seal. Store in a cool place.
