Description
Ground pink veal is sold in stores in the form of patties — this is a very convenient and high-quality option for preparing this dish.

- Burger Patty 15 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves 6 pieces
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Herb Bouquet to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Make indentations in the ground meat with a muddler or spoon.

Place the onion in the indentation.

Chop the basil.
Step 6
Place the basil on top.

Add the chopped mozzarella.

Season the cheese with spices.

Crack one egg into the filling and spread the yolk.

Make an indentation in the top patty.

Add eggs to the indentation and sprinkle with black pepper.
