- Sweet Potato 3 pieces
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Buckwheat Groats 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Thyme 6 stalks
- Dill 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Drizzle with some olive oil, sprinkle with thyme leaves, and place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Whisk the remaining olive oil into the vinegar and honey, adding it in a thin stream until a thick sauce forms. Stir in the mustard, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Slice the herring fillet into thin pieces, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Serve with potatoes.
