Herring Tartare
Ingredients
- Fillet of Sturgeon 0 oz
- Quail Egg 6 pieces
- Cilantro ½ bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the quail eggs hard, then cool and peel them.
Step 2
Finely chop them.
Step 3
Place in a deep bowl.
Step 4
Add vinegar.
Step 5
Add finely chopped cilantro.
Step 6
Add mayonnaise.
Step 7
Add a little salt and mix.
Step 8
Finely chop the fish.
Step 9
Add the fish to the tartare.
Step 10
Finely chop the onion and add it to the other ingredients.

Add pepper.
Step 12
Add finely chopped tomatoes.

Mix thoroughly.

Transfer to a bowl and serve.
