Ingredients

- Apple 2 pieces
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the herring into small cubes.
Step 3
Peel the apples and remove the core.
Step 4
Cut the apples into cubes, like the herring. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix.
Step 5
Chop the onion into small cubes.
Step 6
Boil the eggs hard, then peel them.
Step 7
Cut the egg whites into cubes, like the herring and apples.
Step 8
Grate the yolks on a fine grater and mix with the softened butter.
Step 9
Combine all the ingredients, add pepper to taste, mix well, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
