Herring Forshmak
Ingredients
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 15 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Rye Bread 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the herring in a blender bowl and chop it, but not into a paste.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Finely chop the boiled eggs.
Step 4
Mix the onion and eggs with the herring. Serve with toasted black bread or however you prefer.
