Chop the fish.
Step 2
Boil the egg, then cool and finely chop.
Step 3
Chop the onion.
Step 4
Sprinkle the fish with egg and green onion, and place sliced fresh cucumbers next to it.
Step 5
Garnish with boiled carrot and butter.
