- Spinach 10 oz
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece

- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 8 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter until soft, mix with the prepared spinach, add ricotta, beaten egg, chopped parsley, and chopped fresh herbs.
Step 2
Stuff the mixture under the skin of the chicken breasts. Place the chicken in a greased ovenproof dish and bake at 355°F for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Serve cold or hot, sliced or whole.
