- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
- Milk ½ glasses
- Dry yeast 3 spoons
- Salt ¼ spoons
- Sugar ½ spoons
- Herbes de Provence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast, salt, and sugar in warm milk.
Step 2
Gradually add the flour. Then sprinkle in the herbs and knead everything thoroughly.
Step 3
While the filling is cooking (about 20–30 minutes), let the dough rest near a radiator.
Step 4
I made a stuffed pizza. On the layer of dough, I spread tomato paste, added ham, sliced tomatoes, olives, and a generous amount of grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F. It took 20 minutes for mine to cook.
