Ingredients
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dill 1 bunch
- Clarified Butter 2 tablespoons
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Natural Yogurt 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the herbs, wash them thoroughly, and chop finely.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and mix them with the herbs.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Place everything in a pan and fry in clarified butter with the lid on, so the top gets cooked as well. If you add a little wheat flour to the mixture (like for an omelet), you can even flip the kuku like an omelet, provided the pan is of good quality and the kuku doesn't stick to the surface and doesn't fall apart when flipping.
Step 5
Serve the finished kuku with Greek yogurt, or you can use sour cream, or even serve it plain.
