Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs 1 piece
- Armenian Lavash 0 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Greens to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the chicken thigh until cooked, cool it down, separate the meat from the bone, and cut it into cubes.
Step 3
Wash the greens thoroughly under running water and chop them as desired.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Separate the eggs from the shells and place them in a separate container. Add 100 grams of 15% sour cream to the container with the eggs.
Step 6
Mix the eggs with the sour cream using a fork until smooth. No need to whisk. Add salt to taste.
Step 7
Cut the lavash into strips, then chop it using kitchen scissors. Mix the chopped lavash with the egg-sour cream mixture and let it sit for about 7–10 minutes.

Pour 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan, add the lavash, egg, and sour cream mixture to the pan, flatten it with a spatula, place the pan on the heat, and cover with a lid. Fry for about 10 minutes.
Step 9
Using a plate or lid, flip the lavash to the other side. Add the chopped meat, greens, and grated cheese to the pan.
Step 10
Cover with a lid and fry for about 5–7 minutes.

Serve hot or warm.
