Ingredients
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Salted pork belly 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 3 pieces
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Malt Vinegar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs soft (about 5 minutes after boiling).
Step 2
Fry the bacon until golden brown.
Step 3
In the fat left from the bacon in the pan, fry the green beans. Add vinegar and soy sauce. Fry until cooked.
Step 4
Place the bacon, beans, and fresh vegetables on a plate. On top of the beans, place the eggs, cut them open, and let the yolk mix with the beans.
