Ingredients
- Matsoni 10 fl oz
- Coconut flour 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Erythritol 2 tablespoons
- Baking Soda ⅓ teaspoon
- Sea Salt a pinch
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the matsoni in a deep bowl or pot.
Step 2
Add the egg.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Then add erythritol.
Step 5
Add baking soda.
Step 6
Whisk thoroughly.
Step 7
Add the flour.
Step 8
Mix well again. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Heat oil in a skillet.
Step 10
Spoon the mixture into the skillet.
Step 11
Cover with a lid.
Step 12
Fry on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and serve.
