- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Butter 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Grate the potatoes using a coarse grater, add them to boiling water, and cook for 2–3 minutes. Drain in a colander, let the water drain, and pat the potato shreds dry with paper towels.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter, add the potatoes, and spread them out evenly. Cook covered on low heat for 6–8 minutes.
Step 3
Carefully flip the patty to the other side (if it falls apart, it's not a problem), add the remaining butter, and continue frying for another 6 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with hot sauce.
