Ingredients
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ham 10 pieces
- Scallions 0 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces

Step 1
Slice the ham into very thin slices (it’s better to buy pre-sliced or use a slicing machine).
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard. Mash them with a fork into crumbs.
Step 3
Chop the garlic, mix it with the eggs and mayonnaise to form a mass.
Step 4
Wrap the mixture in the slices of ham, tie with green onion stems.
