Description
For this recipe, a spicy Serrano ham with chili or any other spicy ham works well. If the ham seems too salty, soak it in milk for 10 minutes, then shake off and pat dry with a paper towel.
Ingredients
- Cotton Oil 3 tablespoons
- Ham 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet. Add the ham and sauté for a few minutes. Remove the lightly browned ham from the skillet with a slotted spoon.
Step 2
Pour the remaining oil into the skillet and place it back on the heat. While the oil heats up, whisk the eggs well in a bowl. Add the ham and lightly season with salt.
Step 3
Then pour everything into the skillet and cook until the omelette is browned on the bottom. Serve immediately.
