  • Ham 5 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Dill to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the onion, finely chop it, and lightly sauté it. Then add the finely chopped champignon mushrooms, season with salt, and fry until cooked.

Step 2

Cut the ham or ham hock into thin strips, combine with the sautéed onion and mushrooms, and lightly fry. Place in cocottes, pour with sour cream, and bake in the oven.

Step 3

Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
