Ingredients

  • Ham 10 oz
  • Pear 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread 0 oz
  • Pistachios 0 oz
  • Arugula to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the ham into thin pieces.

Step 2

Remove the core and seeds from the pear and slice it into thin medium-sized pieces.

Step 3

Thoroughly rinse and dry the pine nuts. Place them in a dry skillet and lightly toast over medium heat.

Step 4

Using a vegetable peeler, shave the hard cheese into thin slices.

Step 5

Wash and dry the arugula and place small bunches on individual plates. Then top with ham, pear slices, add some cheese, and sprinkle everything with pine nuts. This salad is a wonderful accompaniment to a glass of wine.
