
Ham and Cheese Tartlets

Ingredients
- Tartlets 15 pieces
- Cooked Ham 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Pitted olives 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs, cool them, and peel - to prevent the shells from cracking during boiling, add a tablespoon of vinegar to the water. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Finely chop the ham. If you use soft ham, it grates excellently on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Chop the olives finely so that they match the size of the grated egg and ham.
Step 4
Mix all the above ingredients well.
Step 5
Add the processed cheese to the mixture and stir until the cheese is completely dissolved.
Step 6
Three hours before serving, distribute the mixture into the tartlets so that the dough has time to soak.
