Ham and Cheese Muffins
Ingredients
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the ham and cheese into small cubes.
Step 2
Add room temperature butter, sugar, and pour in the milk, then continue to beat.
Step 3
Then add flour, eggs, and baking powder and knead the dough. It shouldn't be uniform; in fact, it's fine if the dough turns out a bit messy.
Step 4
Mix the dough with cheese and ham.
Step 5
Divide the mixture among the molds. The batter should fill no more than two-thirds of each mold.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 355°F. Serve with a cup of coffee.
