Ham and Avocado Rolls

Ingredients

  • Basil 2 bunches
  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Avocado 4 pieces
  • Parma Ham 16 slices
  • Green Butter 5 oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop 1 bunch of basil. Mix half of the basil with mayonnaise. Add a little lemon juice.

Step 2

Blend the remaining basil and olive oil in a blender.

Step 3

Peel 1 avocado and cut the flesh into thin slices. Drizzle with the basil olive oil.

Step 4

Cut the remaining avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Add the basil mayonnaise and mix until smooth.

Step 5

Slice the ham into thin pieces. Spread the avocado and mayonnaise mixture on each slice and roll it up.

Step 6

Arrange the lettuce leaves, avocado slices, and basil sprigs on a plate. Top with the rolls. Add olives, drizzle with vinegar, and garnish with lemon wedges.
