Halloumi Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Halloumi Cheese 5 oz
  • Mixed Ground Peppers ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil ½ teaspoon
  • Quail Egg 2 pieces
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Chili Flakes to taste
  • Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
  • Basil 1 sprig

Slice the cheese into pieces about 1 cm thick and approximately 10 cm in diameter.

Heat a greased grill pan and place the cheese on it.

Season with the mixed peppers.
