Halibut baked in rhubarb sauce
Ingredients
- Rhubarb 10 oz
- Halibut 15 oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Mint 1 tablespoon
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean and finely chop the rhubarb, mix with sugar and crushed mint, place in a baking dish, and pour wine over it.
Step 2
Cut the halibut into long, narrow strips, season to taste, and place on top of the rhubarb. Cover the dish with a lid and place it in the oven.
Step 3
Bake the halibut in the oven at 355°F for about twenty minutes. Serve chilled.
