Description

This Mexican avocado paste can serve as a snack or a side dish — perfect with both meat and fish. The avocado for guacamole must be ripe so that it can be easily mashed into a coarse puree with a fork.

Ingredients

  • Avocado 4 pieces
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
  • Lime 2 pieces
  • Pomegranate Seeds 1 piece
  • Mango 1 piece
  • Cilantro 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the avocado and remove the pit, then mash the flesh with a fork.

Step 2

Dice the onion into small cubes, remove the seeds from the hot pepper and chop it finely as well. Do the same with a small bunch of cilantro. Peel the mango and cut it into larger cubes, about one centimeter in size.

Step 3

Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl, add lime juice and pomegranate seeds, mix well, and season with salt and lime zest to taste.
