Ingredients

  • Avocado 6 pieces
  • Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
  • Shallot 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel and dice the avocado into small cubes. Place in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Mash the avocado well with a fork or a potato masher. Mix in the finely chopped basil and shallot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.

Step 2

Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and place it on a platter. Arrange vegetable chips or pieces of ciabatta around the sauce.
