Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Garlic 0 oz
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Ground Cumin a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece

Step 1
Peel the avocado: cut it in half lengthwise, gently squeeze the half with the pit to remove it, score the flesh in a grid pattern, scoop it out with a spoon, mash it with a fork, drizzle with lime juice, and mix.
Step 2
Crush the cumin in a mortar with coarse salt, add the peeled garlic clove and the chili pepper, and grind in the mortar.
Step 3
Combine everything with the avocado puree and finely chopped cilantro.
