Grissini with Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • Semolina 0 oz
  • Water 10 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Salt 0 oz
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Prosciutto 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dissolve the yeast, salt, and sugar in the water. Add the olive oil and gradually mix in the flour to knead an elastic dough.

Step 2

On a work surface, sprinkle semolina, roll out the dough to a thickness of three centimeters, and cut it into small pieces with a knife.

Step 3

Roll each piece of dough into a thin stick and place them on a baking sheet, bake in a Hotpoint-Ariston oven at 430°F for about 15 minutes.

Step 4

Cool the grissini and wrap each stick in prosciutto.
