Ingredients
- Sage 0 oz
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Courgette 0 lbs
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- White Balsamic Cream 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the sage with 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Slice the zucchini into thin strips lengthwise and brush both sides with the sage oil. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the vinegar and the remaining olive oil. Drizzle over the zucchini, season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or chill.
