Grilled zucchini with garlic and cheese
Ingredients
- Young zucchini 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Mixed Ground Peppers ½ teaspoon
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the garlic and add salt.
Step 2
Add cheese, mayonnaise, and pepper.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly and add more salt if needed.
Step 4
Place the zucchini, sliced into rounds (about 7 mm thick), in the preheated oil on the grill pan.
Step 5
Flip once the bottom side is nicely browned. Cook for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 6
Transfer to a plate.
Step 7
Spread sauce on each round.
Step 8
Season with Italian herbs.
