  • Young zucchini 2 pieces
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
  • Mixed Ground Peppers ½ teaspoon
  • Italian chopped parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
