Ingredients
- Young zucchini 20 oz
- Butternut Squash 20 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Olive Oil ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill.
Step 2
Slice the zucchini and squash into small pieces. Cut the peppers into quarters, removing the seeds.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the vegetables with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place the vegetables on the grill and cook for about 6–8 minutes until tender and browned.
Step 5
Transfer the vegetables to a bowl and mix with the finely chopped basil.
