  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Sage Leaves ¼ cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Preheat the grill.

Slice the zucchini and squash into small pieces. Cut the peppers into quarters, removing the seeds.
