Grilled Young Potatoes in Mustard
Ingredients
- New Potatoes 25 oz
- Coarse Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the potatoes (if they are small, leave them whole; if large, cut them into pieces) and boil in salted boiling water until tender. Rinse under cold water and cut in half.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, 0.25 teaspoon of salt, and pepper. Add the potatoes and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 4
Brush the grill grate with vegetable oil and place the potatoes on it. Grill until golden brown for about 10 minutes and serve immediately.
