- Ground ancho chili pepper 4 pieces
- Feta cheese 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves 1 teaspoon
- Lemon ½ piece

Preheat the grill.
Step 2
Brush the peppers with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and grill until soft, until the skin starts to char. Transfer to a plastic bag and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Peel off the skin and leave whole or cut into thin strips.
Step 3
Arrange the peppers on plates and sprinkle with crumbled feta. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice, and sprinkle with chopped oregano.
