Ingredients
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 0 oz
- White Balsamic Cream 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Watermelon 0 lbs
- Salt 0 oz
- Tomatoes 15 oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Fresh Mint 0 oz
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Chana cheese 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce: mix honey, soy sauce, mustard, balsamic glaze, and vegetable oil.
Step 2
Cut the watermelon into six round slices resembling plates.
Step 3
Remove excess seeds.
Step 4
Preheat the grill.
Step 5
Brush the steaks with oil. Grill each side for 1–2 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle the steaks with salt.
Step 7
Prepare the salad: wash the tomatoes and chop them randomly.
Step 8
Chop the cilantro and mint randomly.
Step 9
Slice the red onion into thin strips.
Step 10
Break the cheese into pieces.

Mix all the ingredients and dress with the sauce. Add more salt if necessary.
