Ingredients

- Fresh basil leaves 1 teaspoon
- Chili Flakes 1 teaspoon
- Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
- Basil Mustard Sauce 5 oz
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 2
Thinly slice the eggplant, zucchini, and squash. Season with salt and pepper and place on the grill. Grill until partially cooked, about 4-5 minutes for the eggplant and about 2 minutes for the squash and zucchini.

Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 4
In a baking dish, layer the eggplant evenly, followed by a third of the sauce and grated cheese. Repeat the layers with the squash and zucchini. Top with garlic, basil, and red pepper flakes. Cover with foil and bake for about 35 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes and serve.
