Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Chamomile 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Natural Yogurt 1 cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut off the tops of the tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

Step 2

Preheat the grill. Oil the grill grate and place the tomatoes cut side down. Grill for 3–5 minutes until grill marks appear. Flip and grill for another 3–5 minutes until tender.

Step 3

Transfer the tomatoes to a plate and serve with yogurt.
