Grilled shrimp wrapped in prosciutto
Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 12 pieces
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chili Flakes ¼ teaspoon
- Prosciutto 3 slices
- Italian chopped parsley 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Toasts 12 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the shrimp, wine, olive oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
Step 2
Cut each slice of prosciutto in half lengthwise, then crosswise, to make a total of 12 pieces.
Step 3
Wrap each shrimp in a piece of prosciutto and place on the grill seam side down. Pour a tablespoon of marinade over each and cook until the prosciutto is crispy and the shrimp change color, about 6 minutes. Serve on toast, garnished with parsley sprigs.
