
Grilled Shrimp Wrapped in Bacon with Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 36 pieces
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 18 slices
- Barbecue sauce to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill.
Step 2
Cut the bacon slices in half lengthwise and place them on the grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes until browned.
Step 3
Wrap each shrimp in bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick.
Step 4
Place the shrimp on a lightly oiled grill and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove the grill from the heat and brush the shrimp with sauce. Place back on the grill and cook for another 2-3 minutes, turning until the shrimp are cooked through and the bacon is nicely browned.
Step 5
Transfer to a serving dish and serve with the remaining sauce.
