Ingredients
- Yakiniku sauce ¼ cup
- Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 25 oz
- Pineapple 10 oz
- Marinated cherries 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds. Cut the pineapple into 32 pieces and halve the tomatoes.
Step 3
On 8 wooden skewers, thread 6 shrimp, 4 pieces of pineapple, and 2 tomato halves, alternating them. Brush with the prepared sauce and place on an oiled grill rack. Grill for about 8 minutes, turning until the shrimp are cooked.
