  • King Prawns 10 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Citrus Zest Mix ½ tablespoon
  • Parsley 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the shrimp and set aside. Meanwhile, pour the oil into a pan and add the garlic. Increase the heat and add the shrimp and pepper. Add the lemon juice and zest.

Step 2

The shrimp can be considered ready when they turn a nice, opaque color. Transfer to a deep plate, lining the bottom and sides with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
