Grilled Salmon and Asparagus Wraps
Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 6 pieces
- Asparagus 9 pieces
- Dill 0 oz
- Chives 0 oz
- Lemon ½ piece
- Bacon 0 oz
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the asparagus in half crosswise. Place in a pot of boiling water for 1–2 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Season the fish pieces with salt and pepper to taste. Place asparagus, a bit of dill, and chives on each piece of fish. Wrap each piece of fish tightly with a slice of bacon. Brush each wrap with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 3
Place the salmon on a barbecue grill or under the broiler in the oven or microwave. Cook for 5 minutes on each side, brushing with the oil and lemon juice mixture. Serve hot or cold.
