Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • Smoked haddock fillet 5 lbs
  • Cotton Oil 10 fl oz
  • Ocean salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a large plate, pour the oil and dip the salmon steaks in it on both sides. Place in the refrigerator for an hour, remembering to turn them occasionally.

Step 2

Preheat the grill. Take the salmon, let the excess liquid drain, and season with salt on both sides.

Step 3

Brush the grill grate with oil (the one used for marinating the fish), the remaining marinade will not be needed. Grill the salmon for about 4 minutes on each side. The steaks are done when the central bone separates easily.

Step 4

Serve on a warm dish, offer the sauce separately (various types of mayonnaise can be used).
