Ingredients
- Sherry Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard ½ teaspoon
- Honey ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ramp 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the ramp bulbs, vinegar, mustard, and honey. Add 2 tablespoons of oil; season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Combine the ramps (with greens) with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper. Grill the ramps for about 1 minute until the leaves and bulbs are slightly charred. Serve drizzled with the marinade.
