Ingredients
- Porcini Mushrooms 2 pieces
- Shallot 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, saving them for another use. Place the caps stem-side down in a deep dish.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the oil, minced shallots, and garlic. Add the vinegar.
Step 3
Pour the mixture evenly over the mushroom caps and let sit for 1 hour.
Step 4
Preheat the grill in advance and grill the caps for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
